1. Account Use

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Conduct

You may not post abusive, threatening, hateful, sexual, violent, fraudulent, or misleading content. Commercial spam, impersonation, and harassment are prohibited.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant Cr8shun a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content to operate the service.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Cr8shun may review, hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate terms, community guidelines, or law. Severe or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.

5. Purchases and Orders

Card purchases and related fulfillment are subject to payment processing and operational review. Order statuses may be updated by platform admins for printing and fulfillment workflows.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Cr8shun may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, fraud, or legal compliance needs.

7. Liability Limits

The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Cr8shun is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
